About The Position

The Talent Director in the Contract Finance & Accounting Practice at Robert Half is responsible for business development and recruiting skilled professionals for client projects. This role involves engaging with clients to introduce services, developing relationships, and managing a team of full-time engagement professionals. The position requires a strong focus on communication, relationship-building, and performance management, all while following a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

  • Accounting/Finance/Business Administration degree preferred.
  • 1+ years finance, accounting, or banking experience preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment.
  • Success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment.
  • Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers.
  • Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and engaging businesslike approach.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce services to new and existing clients via video, telephone, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain client target lists to pursue new client relationships.
  • Build enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to present Robert Half's offerings.
  • Expand current business through regular contact with clients and engagement professionals.
  • Negotiate bill rates for full-time engagement professionals.
  • Recruit and hire skilled finance and accounting professionals.
  • Meet weekly interview metrics based on skillset needs and growth goals.
  • Provide ongoing communication and career development for full-time engagement professionals.
  • Execute quality assurance calls with clients and professionals on active engagements.
  • Manage, counsel, and provide performance feedback to team members.
  • Perform annual career discussions and merit pay reviews.
  • Match engagement professionals with client needs and resolve customer service issues.
