About The Position

Requirements

  • 2 years of direct experience in talent acquisition.
  • 4 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with department leaders and hiring managers to assess workforce and staffing needs.
  • Oversee the requisition and posting process in collaboration with HR staff.
  • Implement cost-effective sourcing strategies using various channels such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Match and evaluate candidate skills through screening and assessment processes.
  • Utilize behavioral-based competency interview techniques for candidate evaluation.
  • Develop and refine employer branding through marketing and communication strategies.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment responsibilities and legal requirements.
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Recruit diverse candidates to enhance company creativity and performance.
  • Perform project management activities on special talent acquisition projects.
  • Track the effectiveness of search firm partners and recruitment programs.
  • Produce and maintain data and metrics on recruiting efforts.
  • Monitor recruitment program effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
  • Engage in professional development through various learning opportunities.
