About The Position

The Student Analyst position at All Better Together (ABT) offers an opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to gain hands-on experience while working under the supervision of experienced professionals. This role is designed for passionate and motivated Behavior Analyst Interns who are eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and their families. Interns will accumulate fieldwork hours, engage in collaborative supervision, and develop essential skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or recently completed a graduate program in ABA, psychology, or a related field.
• Actively pursuing BCBA certification and needing fieldwork hours.
• Current RBT certification in good standing.
• Passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful growth.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative towards increasing scope of competence.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under supervision, working directly with clients and their families in their homes.
• Conduct assessments and write behavior plans to address client needs.
• Participate in training, treatment evaluations, and parent collaboration, all of which count as unrestricted fieldwork hours.
• Collaborate with other interns and our clinical team in a supportive and fun environment.
• Receive personalized feedback and support to develop skills and meet certification goals.
