About The Position
The STEPS SRNA Career Program is a temporary part-time educational pipeline program designed for individuals to gain the necessary qualifications to test for the SRNA certification. Participants will attend clinicals and onsite instruction, with the expectation of being hired into Nursing Care Technician or Medical Assistant positions at UK HealthCare for a minimum of one year. The program is structured to allow individuals to earn while they learn, covering program costs and providing a pathway to employment in healthcare.
