  • Minimum 16 years of age.
  • Ability to communicate instructions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with the public and other staff.
  • High degree of emotional maturity and ability to keep difficult situations in perspective.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to process information accurately and use independent judgment when needed.
  • Must have or complete Mandated Reporter certification within 30 days of hire date.
