Requirements

• Proficient in the use of hand tools including drills, saws, shovels, diggers, pry bars, power augers, hammers, wrenches, levels, squares, and other related construction tools.
• Demonstrated pride in work and determination to finish the job with quality.
• Ability to maintain a clean and appropriately dressed appearance.
• Ability to represent MSI in a professional manner with integrity.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and read basic construction plans.
• Finish carpentry and basic construction skills are needed.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record, with no major violations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 100 pounds.
• Scheduling flexibility and ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Past experience in a signage displays environment.
• Graduate from a Laborers Apprenticeship Program.

Responsibilities

• Installation of MSI products including signs, flags, graphics, furnishings, and displays.
• Digging holes and constructing structures for signs and flag poles.
• Applying paint and vinyl to products.
• Hanging displays and arranging furniture as needed.
• Reading plans and maps for accurate installation of products.
• Driving to job sites to install products.
