As a Server at First Watch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Deliver exceptional customer service by following the Five Steps of Service.
Support fellow team members and promote a collaborative work environment.
Serve safe, high-quality food in a timely manner.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu to assist customers effectively.
Treat customers and team members with kindness and respect.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to multi-task and manage tableside responsibilities effectively.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
