About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Merchandiser at SBM Life Science, you will be responsible for merchandising products across several stores in your assigned territory during the season. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, establishing relationships with retail partners, restocking products, and reviewing merchandise plans to optimize shelf space. The position requires active engagement with customers and involves travel between stores, making it ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, merchandising, or related field
• Must be able to stand for long hours, climb up an 8-12 ft ladder, and lift up to 40 pounds consistently
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in seasonal temperatures and conditions
• Must have a vehicle to go to multiple store locations during work hours
• Must have a valid and active driving license and proof of auto insurance
• Must have a Mobile Smartphone
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organization and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on the outside and inside of stores according to SBM standards
• Provide excellent customer service and SBM product knowledge to customers
• Stock and maintain SBM products on shelves, racks, and displays
• Use various equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, tall ladders, etc.) to transport product to the correct locations
• Communicate frequently and build positive relationships with key store personnel
• Assist in identifying incremental space
• Complete daily phone surveys to provide data on store activities
• Represent SBM Life Science and help us 'Grow tomorrow together'.
