• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate what STLBC offers to prospects.
• Proactive in completing tasks during shifts, such as calling prospects, cleaning the gym, and restocking inventory.
• Eager to learn and contribute ideas to enhance the gym and community.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with members to ensure high standards of community and inclusivity.
• Greet all members with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Conduct telephone inquiries and follow-up calls to all prospects after they have taken a class.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized gym environment.
• Process cash and credit transactions for membership and retail purchases.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns via email, phone calls, text messages, or in-person.
• Help new STLBC members acclimate to the gym with onboarding paperwork and answer questions about offerings.
