About The Position

The Sales Activator at Red Bull is responsible for enhancing the company's competitive edge in Large Format accounts by driving collaborative relationships and ensuring a strong in-store presence. This role focuses on both long-term and short-term sales strategies to maximize product visibility and sales effectiveness in assigned territories.

Requirements

  • Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and DSD is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Increase in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards.
  • Maintain and increase product range in all stores.
  • Complete all calls allocated to individual territory effectively.
  • Drive execution of agreed national and local promotion opportunities.
  • Report non-compliance in a timely manner.
  • Pre-sell promotional activity to accounts and provide a 30-60-90 day outlook on activity.
  • Lead all market activations to in-store activations for all accounts.
