Requirements

• California RN license required.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications at time of hire, with commitment to obtain ART within six months.
• PALS certification required.
• Minimum of one year of Emergency Room RN experience within the past two years.
• Proven nursing clinical skills to identify and implement nursing interventions and evaluate results for Emergency Room patients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work within a busy team environment.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Relevant specialty certification (e.g., CEN, TNCC, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement nursing interventions for a variety of patient populations.
• Evaluate results of nursing interventions and adjust care as necessary.
• Direct and act as a resource to other members of the nursing team as assigned.
