About The Position

The Clinical Nurse (RN) Endoscopy is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families, implementing care plans based on thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and socioeconomic needs. This role emphasizes collaboration with patients and families, ensuring their involvement in care decisions, and adhering to professional nursing standards and practices.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Diploma in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• At least one year of RN experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in endoscopy or related nursing fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide total comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families.
• Implement a plan of care based on patient assessments and physician orders.
• Support the mission and values of the organization in patient care services.
• Incorporate ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice in daily activities.
• Facilitate patient and family participation in care and decision-making.
