Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Utmost compassion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients.
• Conduct case management services for patient care.
• Perform initial assessments of new patients.
• Travel to patients' locations, including homes and nursing facilities.
