Requirements

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required.
• X-Ray Certification required.
• Certificate from a Dental Assisting Program required.
• Valid health care provider CPR/BLS Certificate required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA).
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and care.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed.
