The Quality Control & Supplier Recovery Manager is responsible for overseeing financial activities within the Quality Organization, providing guidance to the Quality Operations team, and managing a team of analysts. This role involves developing budgets, managing financial processes, and ensuring effective reporting and forecasting related to quality and supplier recovery operations.

Supervising two analysts and the joint team.
Providing guidance and support to the Quality Operations team.
Managing the financial activities for the Quality Organization.
Developing the annual budget for Quality fixed costs, Non New Model capital, and supplier recovery.
Managing the monthly close process including journal entries and variance reporting.
Inputting official HFM Forecast and reconciling PSAP actuals to HFM for Quality on a monthly basis.
Managing financial aspects of the supplier recovery process, including process control and reporting.
Managing NCT recovery process for quality yard holds and related party transactions.
Creating Non New Model Capital projects and correlated assets.
Managing Quality ER D process involving Resource Planning and PentaSAP WBS elements/checkbooks.
Providing financial guidance for the management of Quality facilities and special projects as required.
Leading a team interacting with senior level management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
10+ years of Finance or Accounting experience.
Ability to budget, forecast, and report actuals through the monthly close process.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
