About The Position

The Psychotherapist position at Resolution Counseling Center is a full-time hybrid role focused on providing compassionate care to individuals, couples, teens, and families. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage/Family Therapy.
• Current NJ License: LAC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC.
• 1+ year(s) of full-time counseling experience (i.e. 1500 session hours post-masters).
• Availability to work some evenings until 8PM and/or one weekend day.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with assessment, treatment planning, and long-term therapy.
• Culturally competent therapists, especially those with experience working with diverse clients, the queer community, or recovery work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client care and support professional growth.
• Participate in staff meetings and supervision sessions to discuss client cases and professional development.
