About The Position

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Service Coordinator (PRSC) at Oak Park Oasis is responsible for coordinating services and programs for residents, overseeing data collection, and reviewing resident performance. This full-time position offers flexible hours and requires a candidate with experience in long-term nursing care for the adult mentally ill population.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year long-term nursing care experience with the adult mentally ill population preferred.
• BA Degree in Human Services field (sociology, social work, special education, psychology).
• Experience with caseloads and crisis intervention.
• Knowledge of MDS and discharge planning.
• Good assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and communication skills.
• Advocacy skills and charting experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in facilitating skills groups and psycho-social groups.
• Knowledge of MDS 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services and programs for residents.
