About The Position

The Product Marketing Analyst at Happy Distro is responsible for understanding and promoting the company's product lines through market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with various teams. This role involves training on product knowledge, documenting client interactions, and participating in product testing and strategy development to align with the company's goal of becoming the biggest B2B company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, management and other related majors are preferred
  • 0-3 years working experience for product manager role
  • Leads product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch
  • Develops products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, and answering questions and requests
  • Familiar with product design and development process, with keen market insight and data analysis capabilities
  • Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively promote project progress
  • Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, and costing special and customized orders
  • Familiarity with product analytic tools and project management methodologies is crucial
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and software development life cycle can be beneficial
  • Understanding of business operations, strategy, and the ability to align product development with organizational goals
