About The Position

The Production Control Manager at Frazer is responsible for overseeing production operations, leading a team of supervisors and employees to meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or service shop environment.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading teams of 25 or more.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Clean driving record and ability to be added to the company insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage 6 supervisors overseeing over 100 employees in various production departments.
  • Implement and drive a safety culture within the production environment.
  • Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet delivery dates.
  • Ensure teams have the necessary personnel, tools, and supplies for production.
  • Host weekly staff meetings and daily production meetings with direct reports.
  • Address customer concerns and improve employee engagement in production processes.
  • Research and implement process improvements with proper documentation and training.
  • Train and mentor team members on lean manufacturing best practices.
  • Manage production budgets and resources effectively.
  • Define, analyze, and monitor relevant production metrics.
