About The Position

The Lead Fulfillment Associate position at Amazon involves supporting operations leaders and associates in achieving strong operational results within fulfillment centers. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including training, process assistance, and shipping tasks, while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work 40 hours/week, including overtime as required.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor and leading meetings.
• Assign job duties and communicate with internal and external suppliers.
• Escalate barriers to Operations leaders.
• Drive and execute standard work in the areas of Safety, Quality, and Productivity to meet daily operational goals.
• Perform production duties as needed, including picking/packing orders, receiving/stowing products, ensuring inventory accuracy, and unloading/loading trucks.
