Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the practice.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners in financial services and accounting.
  • Foster connections with elder services providers, including assisted living facilities and nursing homes.
  • Explore new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to expand the referral network.
  • Set up and lead live workshop events.
  • Identify and seize opportunities for growth.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Meet regularly with the corporate team to review the team's business plan and evaluate performance.
  • Serve as a case manager, assisting clients through the legal process while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Conduct initial discovery meetings with prospects, identifying their needs and explaining solutions before they meet with the attorney.
  • Systematically follow up with clients to determine their satisfaction with services provided.
  • Collaborate with the home office team to ensure alignment of marketing messages with firm objectives.
