About The Position

Any Lab Test Now is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant to join their team. This role involves conducting blood specimen collection, supporting daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

• A valid phlebotomy license.
• At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
• Familiarity with various types of blood collection tubes and procedures.
• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word and Email; Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
• Experience conducting DOT drug screens is a plus.
• Medical Assistant license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to recognized organizations and state regulations guidelines.
• Assist with daily operational tasks, such as maintaining inventory, handling specimens, and processing test requisitions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, including confidently recommending lab tests and making clients feel at ease during the phlebotomy process.
• Support toxicology testing and DNA collections.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Participate in team training and continuous education programs in line with Any Lab Test Now protocols.
• Maintain strong organizational skills to manage inventory, records, and order supplies.
