About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to provide support across various branch locations within a specific geography. This role involves assisting customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments, as well as compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act.

Requirements

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across a variety of branch locations where a banker or teller is out of the office.

• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
• Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
