About The Position

The Pediatric School Nurse (LVN) position at Ro Health involves providing nursing care to students in public schools within the Central San Diego Area. The position is available in full-time and per diem formats, with a focus on pediatric and special education nursing.

Requirements

• Active, California nursing license
• 1 year nursing experience preferred, RECENT GRADS WELCOME!
• Passion for excellent pediatric patient care!

Responsibilities

• Health Office coverage
• Distributing medication to students with a med pass
• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
• Assist in providing a safe environment for the client
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
• Working 1:1 with a patient that has one or more of the following (G-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic, seizures)
