The Outside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving contractor demand and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Baltimore/DE metro market. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships while providing industry-leading product knowledge and service standards.

  • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned sales territory.
  • Communicating with customers to identify and understand their product or service needs; suggesting appropriate products and services.
  • Demonstrating the functions, benefits, and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Performing product knowledge training to dealers based on their needs.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements.
  • Maintaining detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Submitting monthly mileage and expense reports.
  • Providing periodic territory sales forecasts.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.
  • 2 Years Outside Sales Experience required
  • Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Construction Industry Experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook
