Requirements

• 4 years of experience in fire restoration (Required)
• 4 years of experience in water restoration (Required)
• 4 years of management experience (Required)
• IICRC Certification (Required)
• Current/valid Driver's License (Required)
• Experience with Xactimate (Required)
• Ability to learn quickly and be flexible with change and professional challenges.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sound knowledge in commercial restoration services such as fire, water, mold remediation, and flood restoration.
• Execute and oversee projects within established time frames, scheduling jobs, resources, and managing crews.
• Ensure productivity and coordination of all staff to meet division goals for quality, profitable operations, and client satisfaction.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction in all areas of restoration services performed and provide exceptional client services to efficiently resolve all customer complaints.
• Manage customer and client satisfaction while representing and improving brand operations.
• Oversee all aspects of safety and health requirements and daily production management.
• Monitor the status of small and large-loss jobs and communicate processes with management and ownership.
• Maintain inventory for equipment, vehicles, and facilities related maintenance.
• Ensure clear communication with the entire staff and manage relationships.
