The Office Assistant position at All About Numbers is a temporary, part-time role focused on providing administrative support during the busy tax season.   • Be the first point of client contact, whether in person or by phone
  • Answer questions about our company and services
  • Maintain appointment calendars for preparers
  • Promptly forwarding messages so clients receive quick responses
  • Copy, scan, and file documents
  • Assemble completed tax returns for clients
  • Process invoices and collect payments for services
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Prior office and customer service experience
  • Experience with MS Office, including Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred
  • Prior experience in a tax or accounting office is a plus!
