About The Position

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their treatment team in Vancouver, WA. This role focuses on providing excellent patient care while performing laser hair removal treatments. The Nurse Practitioner will work autonomously with clients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals, ensuring a professional and comfortable environment.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered NP license.
• Active ANCC or AANP national certification in family medicine specialty.
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser.
• Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform all laser hair removal treatments within established protocols and procedures.
• Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations.
• Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals.
• Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world-class patient care.
• Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' EMR on a tablet device.
• Ensure a professional clean work environment, including prepping the treatment room between patients.
• Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with Clinical Support Nurse and Medical Management Specialists regarding patient treatment plans.
