The NSR - Suites Part Time position is responsible for addressing on-call business needs during overnight hours when the hotel lobby is closed. This role ensures that services provided are consistent, courteous, and meet high standards of quality to maintain guest satisfaction. The position offers an excellent opportunity to live onsite, as the employee is provided with a hotel room for lodging and must respond to business needs typically within 30 minutes of notification.

  • Respond to on-call business needs during overnight hours.
  • Work in a Guest Service Representative (GSR) capacity and set up breakfast from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM daily.
  • Attend to guests upon call notification for check-ins, emergency maintenance issues, noise complaints, and safety situations.
  • Maintain control of all hotel keys, logging them in and out as necessary.
  • Organize, confirm, process, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs, including greeting and registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, and collecting payments.
  • Keep abreast of hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and local areas of interest.
  • Perform bookkeeping activities such as logging events, running reports, and posting payments to guest folios.
  • Maintain proficiency in all location computer and software systems.
  • Respond to emergency situations and communicate with first responders as necessary.
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to log events and prepare routine correspondence.
  • Proficient in using hotel mobile phone and computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and Hotel PMS system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services.
