The New Business Development Representative (NBDR) at iPower Technologies is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and letters. This role supports the sales team by scheduling appointments with prospective customers and maintaining a competitive CRM. The NBDR is expected to engage effectively with potential clients and contribute to the overall sales process.

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
  • Send letters and emails to prospects on an ongoing basis.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective customers.
  • Maintain and cultivate a competitive CRM.
  • Identify and prioritize accounts for outreach.
  • Obtain emails from prospects for follow-up communications.
  • Ensure proper handling of all appointments throughout the sales process.
  • Complete all reporting duties required by management.
  • Attend all internal sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Follow up on pre-written appointments and overcome objections.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer and prospect records.
  • 2 or more years of phone sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • 2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Professional presentation and high level of self-motivation.
  • High energy, friendly, and engaging personality with excellent persuasive skills.
  • Experience in IT Managed Services or related field.
