About The Position

Responsibilities

• Actively engage SED teens in daily activities.
• Assist teens with daily living skills, self-esteem building, and emotional regulation skills.
• Work with a skilled team to provide crisis intervention skills and de-escalate teens.
• Participate in ongoing training to build knowledge on trauma impacts, de-escalation techniques, and behavior-specific interventions.
