The Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for gym members. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
• On-time dependability as members rely on your presence.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with an unprecedented experience and encourage them in achieving their fitness goals.
• Deliver +1% customer service and continually engage and encourage members.
• Ensure the club is clean and well-maintained, as members value this aspect.
• Assist with member check-ins and provide greetings and farewells.
• Conduct fun, energetic tours of the facility for potential and current members.
• Help with member enrollment and promote Black Card amenities.
• Work collaboratively with the team at the welcome desk.
