About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team, responsible for assisting healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care. This role involves performing clinical tasks, maintaining patient records, and supporting patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or urgent care setting is preferred
• Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) procedures
• Familiarity with medical-surgical procedures and patient care protocols

Responsibilities

• Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with medical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist with patient care coordination and education
• Administer medications under the direction of healthcare providers
• Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing medical supplies
