About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mental health caregiving.
• Valid high school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's License or State ID is required.
• 1 year of experience in mental health caregiving is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• RBT Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to children and adolescents with severe mental illnesses and intellectual disabilities.
• Assist clients in daily living activities and promote social, emotional, and interpersonal development.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment in a residential home setting.
