About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining machinery, equipment, facilities, and grounds to ensure operational goals are met. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as documenting all repairs and maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Maintenance/repair experience or training preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and preventative maintenance on plant equipment and grounds in compliance with standard operating procedures and safety policies.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as needed during production.
• Utilize CMMS to document repairs, preventative maintenance, and work completed.
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Assist in the repair, updating, and installation of equipment.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
