About The Position

The Label Design Specialist is responsible for creating and modifying design assets for private label supplements, ensuring alignment with customer branding and FDA standards. This role requires creativity and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, including tasks such as data entry, image manipulation, and preparing press-ready files for production.

Requirements

• BA or AA in Design or relevant field.
• Some work experience as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of the printing process.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe CC.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creativity skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design new assets and perform modifications as needed.
• Ensure customer brand alignment and compliance with FDA standards.
• Prepare final press-ready label files based on supplied specifications.
• Make text and image edits to various formats of supplied artwork.
• Resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
• Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners.
• Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation.
• Prepare images and graphics for online and mobile applications.
• Catalog and reference art and photography.
• Follow a timeline to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Troubleshoot problems with creative, print production, IPR, Quality Control teams, and vendors.
