Requirements

• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English both verbally and written.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Very friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to smile during customer interactions and maintain an upbeat demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and ability to enforce company policies.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Ability to run and move quickly throughout the garage.
• Ability to organize cars efficiently and stand for long periods.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possesses a valid Driver's License in the state of residency.
• Must pass a criminal background check and RMV check.

Responsibilities

• Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times.
• Operates vehicles safely to minimize the potential for accidents.
• Oversees the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Ensures all team members provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting and assisting every guest.
• Maintains garage organization and cleanliness.
• Sets a positive tone for the workplace by maintaining an upbeat attitude.
• Communicates effectively with team members and informs them of the organizational plan at the end of shifts.
• Maintains a professional appearance and enforces uniform guidelines among team members.
