About The Position

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and supervising warehouse staff. This role involves monitoring inventory variances, managing waste, and ensuring compliance with inventory policies and procedures. Requirements

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• 1+ years experience supervising warehouse and/or inventory employees
• 2+ years warehouse and/or inventory experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge of SAP, inventory reconciliation policies and process and shipping and receiving SOP's
• Understanding of transportation dynamics
• Understanding of warehouse industry quality standards (holds and recalls)
• Knowledge and experience of working in a product supply environment
• General Math Skills

Responsibilities

• Research and reconcile all inventory variances daily
• Monitor and manage waste and break budget
• Approve or deny product or monetary credits to customers
• Ensure FIFO process is being followed and that proper code date rotation is being followed
• Ensure on hand inventory levels are adequate for business demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
