About The Position

The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales and providing excellent customer service in a part-time, seasonal role with the Springfield Cardinals. This position focuses on engaging with customers, promoting ticket sales, and enhancing the overall fan experience during the baseball season.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
