  • Calculate and post charges to a patron's account and balance totals with control records.
  • Maintain current check-out list and print backup reports from the property management system.
  • Update housekeeping status of rooms and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Two years' experience or education with computer software, hardware, and AV equipment.
  • Ability to accurately maintain and update guest room assignments and patron accounts.
  • Professional customer service skills to greet and assist visitors and callers.
  • Compliance with established patron eligibility criteria during guest registration.
  • Ability to prepare reports according to regulations or established deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety policies and security regulations.
  • Experience in hospitality or guest services.
  • Familiarity with property management systems.
