About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 to oversee HR functions for 6 accounts in the North Florida HCA Division, primarily focusing on the Tallahassee and Panhandle Regions. The role requires a passionate and solution-oriented individual with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to interact with clients, staff, and patients.

Requirements

• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Teams) and Smart Sheet.
• Ability to create and facilitate training utilizing webinars.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
• Minimum education requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum management experience: 2 years.
• Minimum functional experience: 2 years in HR.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of state and federal HR laws.
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn additional computer programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing Sodexo's onboarding and payroll systems.
• Maintain active and terminated employee files.
• Communicate in a clear, effective, and respectful manner at all times.
• Exhibit business maturity and professionalism consistently.
• Understand and respect sensitive and confidential information.
