About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist at DataVox Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department by implementing performance management systems, conducting training programs, and providing guidance on employee relations. This position is designed for an experienced HR professional who can enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with employment laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of prior HR experience in a generalist capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience working with ADP Workforce Now and its different modules like Performance Dashboard, Learning Management System, Document Cloud, etc.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with VP of Human Resources in designing and implementing a performance management system using ADP Workforce Now.
  • Identify training needs through skill gap analysis and create learning paths for employees at different levels.
  • Design and implement training programs for management education and supervisor skills development.
  • Administer and conduct training sessions to introduce new policies and procedures to employees.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and retention.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Assist with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings and employee recognition events.
  • Generate reports and present findings to management, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and draft new hire and termination documentation.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
  • Update the Affirmative Action Plan in place.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices within the technology industry.
