About The Position

The Houseperson role at Spire Hospitality is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional guest services and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. As a vital member of the housekeeping team, the Houseperson will ensure that guest areas are pristine and assist room attendants in upholding high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Previous Housekeeping House Person Attendant experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly addressing their requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness by meticulously maintaining guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas.
• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies to support dedicated Room Attendants.
• Swiftly remove soiled linens and trash from guest floor corridors and carts, especially during peak occupancy periods.
• Perform deep cleaning activities in guestrooms alongside preventative maintenance tasks.
