About The Position

Soliant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role in Greenwich, Connecticut, for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year. This full-time position involves working with students to implement behavior analysis strategies and support their educational needs. Part-time applicants will also be considered. The role requires conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and designing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on findings, as well as training staff on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of Behavior Specialist experience required.
• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• LBA License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on findings.
• Assist in the creation of a data collection system.
• Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Train staff on ABA principles.
