We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial settings. This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights using specialized equipment.

Perform cleaning of windows in commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and clarity.
Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to effectively remove dirt, grime, and debris from glass surfaces.
Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, swing stages, and other equipment safely to access high windows while adhering to all safety protocols.
Conduct routine inspections of windows and report any damages or necessary repairs to management.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Follow all company policies regarding safety practices and procedures during cleaning operations.

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with operating scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement in cleanliness.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while on-site at client locations.
