Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with operating scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement in cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while on-site at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of windows in commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and clarity.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to effectively remove dirt, grime, and debris from glass surfaces.
• Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, swing stages, and other equipment safely to access high windows while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections of windows and report any damages or necessary repairs to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
• Follow all company policies regarding safety practices and procedures during cleaning operations.
