About The Position

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters, with a focus on drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, and participating in arbitrations and trials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School.
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; admission to the New Jersey bar is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.
• Experience in drafting coverage opinions and handling related bad faith issues.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and legal documents related to insurance coverage and bad faith cases.
• Answer written discovery requests and prepare responses.
• Take depositions and participate in arbitrations and trials.
• Draft coverage opinions involving first party breach of contract and third party liability claims.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and management.
