About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a full-time Early Career Financial Analyst to join the Space Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team. This role supports the Mk7 program and involves various finance tasks across multiple efforts, providing exposure to the Strategic & Missile Defense portfolio. The position emphasizes learning and supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) activities in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for career growth and collaboration with program leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related discipline.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts such as cost accumulation, profit and loss calculations, and financial statements.
  • Experience with public speaking and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working on a team or group project.
  • Quick learner with aptitude for various systems and processes.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support Finance Lead(s) in Baseline establishment and maintenance, EVM performance and EAC/ETC analysis, and various other Ad Hoc requests.
  • Work within Finance Lead and Planning to support accurate EVM data and cost/schedule integration.
  • Support development and timely communication of risks and opportunities.
  • Support development of monthly CDRLs, including internal and external reviews (Weekly Expense Reporting, Invoicing).
  • Support development of common processes and reports to support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Support Program Management Reviews, internal and external surveillance reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews, prepare management presentations, and other Ad Hoc requests.
