About The Position

The Player Services Representative at Three Rivers Casino is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting guests with various money-related transactions and managing Players Club accounts. This role involves greeting guests, processing cash exchanges, and maintaining the organization of the Player Services area while ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• General understanding of computer programs, including all Windows applications required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Comply with pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
• Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a pleasant, courteous, and enthusiastic manner.
• Redeem Video Lottery Terminal tickets, Keno/Sportsbook tickets, and chips into currency for guests.
• Process Global Cash checks, personal checks, and traveler's checks following strict identification guidelines.
• Issue revenue banks for F&B, Hotel, Bingo/Keno, and cash wallets to Slot Attendants.
• Complete transactions, online accounting functions, and required paperwork accurately.
• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and entering guest information into the Players Club database.
• Sell box office tickets through the Star Tickets plus system and assist with VIP Special Events and concert reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Player Services area, monitor inventory, and request supplies as needed.
• Conduct marketing promotions in accordance with approved promotional rules.
• Safeguard Three Rivers Casino Resort assets and balance assigned bank.
