About The Position

The Facilities Equipment Technician role at McDonald's involves performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on outside grounds, including parking lot repairs and landscaping.
• Conduct basic lighting and fixture repairs.
• Address safety issues related to outside grounds.
• Perform plumbing repairs and HVAC cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct exhaust cleaning and preventive maintenance on refrigeration units.
• Carry out basic structural repairs, painting, and signage installations.
• Perform interior repairs in customer service areas, including tile, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
• Maintain and repair equipment in the drive-thru, kitchen, office, crew room, storage, and wash areas.
• Assist in emergency repairs and maintenance in additional properties as needed.
