About The Position

The Executive Director in Training at My Wireless is a leadership role focused on overseeing multiple AT&T retail locations. This position is responsible for creating a vision for the stores, implementing policies to drive sales performance, and ensuring operational compliance with company guidelines. The role emphasizes team leadership, sales strategy execution, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more Retail Management Experience (Multiple Locations)
  • Ability to recruit and train team members
  • Results driven and strategic planning
  • Communicates powerfully and prolifically
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Ability to work at multiple locations within a district (territory may include several zip codes)
  • Willing to relocate if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Execute and succeed on sales initiatives provided on a monthly basis
  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning team members; following up on work results
  • Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training team members
  • Achieve sales objectives by preparing a monthly action plan, motivating team members, analyzing performance metrics, and initiating corrective actions
  • Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
  • Protect team members and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
  • Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
